The Appelation: Anjou blanc
There are more than 600 hectares of vineyards classified as “Anjou blanc” in the Anjou area. One can use Chenin blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc grapes. However, there need to be at least 80 % of Chenin blanc in the blend. The maximum yield allowed per hectar is 60 hectolitres.

Tasting notes
A pale lemon green robe. First nose of white flowers (acacia and elderflowers), followed by grapefruit flavours and a hint of cinnamon. A supple attack with flavours of peaches and lychees. Lasting finish with the tangy freshness of citrus.

Aperitif. Grilled fish, scallops, seafood, quiches, goats cheese.
